On sunday, october 12, 2003, between the hours of 9:00 and 9:45 pm, tony baylor was shot. Because mr. Baylor was able to drive himself to the hospital, the exact location of the shooting is not known. On october 26, 2003, approximately two weeks after mr. Baylor drove himself to the hospital, he died as a result of complications caused by the gunshot wound. His death was ruled a homicide.Agency
