On october 30th, 1983, the victim, salvatore marino was found deceased outside of his home, located at 9036 royal street in federal heights, colorado. The victim was found leaning up against the south side of the home and had suffered from appeared to be a head injury. It appeared that mr. Marino may have died several days prior to being found. An autopsy confirmed that the cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head. No suspects were ever developed in the case.
