On may 10, 1993, officers responded to a shooting at 11102 east 16th avenue. Officers found the body of the victim lying on the street with a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was known to traffic narcotics. The victim was witnessed to make a transaction with another individual in a vehicle. Afterwards there was an exchange of gunfire in which the victim succumbed to the injuries. The suspect(s) responsible for the death of antwan herland have yet to be identified.Agency
