Officers responded to the apartment building located near the intersection of park avenue west and glenarm street to conduct a welfare check after neighbors reported a suspicious odor within a particular apartment. During the initial scene investigation, responding officers found the victim, later identified as francisco morales-perez, deceased inside his apartment. After an autopsy was completed, it was determined francisco morales-perez died as a result of blunt force trauma. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of mr.
