An unidentified female came to the victim's door and asked for him. During the encounter with the female the suspect appeared in the doorway with a handgun. Finister pushed the suspect out of the door and put his shoulder to the door, in an effort to close and lock the door. The suspect fired through the door hitting the victim in the head.Agency
