On july 15, 2002 at approximately 3:12 p.M., a citizen in the 5000 block of s. Spencer st. Tried to contact his downstairs neighbors. After receiving no answer at the door, he looked through a window to see one of the occupants of the condominium down on the floor obviously injured. The neighbor called 911 and upon the arrival of police, entry was made into the condominium. Inside the two victims were discovered dead from gunshot wounds. Their dog had also been shot.Agency
