On july 28, 2014 at approximately 12:35 a.M., the lvmpd call center received numerous 911 calls reference someone being shot in the 8800 block of barium rock ave, las vegas, nevada 89143. Patrol officers and medical personnel responded and discovered morland antwon richey-elder, 20 years of age, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and became the victim of a homicide. There were several people who observed richey-elder being shot and are witnesses to this homicide.Agency
