On october 7, 1991, denver police officers responded to the location of e 38th avenue and hudson street on a motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle that had struck a building. Upon arrival, the officers discovered that 30 year old eric skinner had been shot. Mr. Skinner was taken to the hospital where he later died of his injuries.
