On march 29, 1994, officers responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment in a capitol hill neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers located the victim who sustained a gunshot wound. The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately did not survive. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of lawrence williams have yet to be identified.
