On 03/31/2009 at 1250 hours officers were dispatched to 6407 manchester ave in regard to a suspicious vehicle and a party armed. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim in the stairwell on the west side of the building. The victim, ahmed johnson, had been shot. He died at the scene.
