On july 11, 1999, at approximately 10:50 am, ems and police were dispatched to the intersection of n. Borthwick and prescott where they found someone giving cpr to a white female. Ems continued cpr as the subject was transported to emanuel hospital where she died. This subject was subsequently identified as linda lincoln, a 41-year-old white, female, 5’3”, and 130 lbs. Earlier that day at approximately 9:30 am, while visiting friends, ms lincoln told these friends that she had been robbed and beaten by two african-american males near ne 17th and alberta. She was complaining of pain in her neck and jaw. This robbery probably occurred between 9 am and 9:30 am on july 11.
