On the evening of february 8,1981, members of the denver fire department responded to the xv logan apartments, located on north logan street, on a report of a structure fire. After the fire was extinguished, emergency crews located james migano along with two other victims deceased inside of the apartment. During the investigation, the fire was classified as arson.
