On january 14, 2021, at approximately 0942 hours, officers were dispatched to a robbery call for service. It was later updated to a shooting. Officers arrived and located rowlands with a gunshot wound to his torso. Rowlands was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. A black male and black female were observed running out of the front door after the shooting.Agency
