On wednesday, october 5, 2005, henrico police responded to the citgo gas station located at 2610 darbytown road for an unresponsive male lying behind the business. Officers arrived and located the victim who was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim was transported to the medical examiner's office for examination and identification. The victim was later identified as harry thomas phillips, jr. The cause of death was determined to be from gunshot wounds.Agency
