On may 13, 1993 at approximately 21:50 hrs. Ramon flores entered the el norteno bar located at 3556 south state street. Just prior to ramon entering the bar, two male hispanics entered the bar. Ramon and the two male hispanics were arguing and drinking excessively. Ramon and one of the hispanics started fighting. The hispanic exited the bar thru the back door. He returned and was observed entering thru the east door and pointed a gun at ramon. He fired two rounds in succession, and witnesses heard four more shots. Ramon staggered and then fell to the floor by some bar stools.Agency
