On sunday, april 1, 2018 at approximately 3:21 a.M., phoenix police officers responded to the area of 6300 west windsor avenue reference a shooting at a house party. When officers arrived, they located the victim lying in the rocks on the east side of the property. It appeared he suffered at least one gunshot wound and died from his injuries. Another adult male was located at the scene and was transported to a hospital for a gunshot wound with non life threatening injuries.Agency
