On saturday, november 17, 2007, at approximately 9:13 pm, timothy forte spicer was found in front of 1101 howard road, se (anacostia metro) suffering from a gunshot wound. The shooting may have occurred during the course of an armed carjacking. His vehicle (pictured above) was later recovered a short distance away from the scene. The metropolitan police department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.Agency
