On august 19, 1991, toledo police units were dispatched to the alley at the rear of 1118 woodland by numerous witnesses who heard multiple gunshots. Officers arriving on scene found the victim, 30-year old mark johnson, slumped across the seat of his vehicle with two gunshot wounds to the face and head area. Mr. Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
