On 05/16/2008 hispanic males santos de la cruz dob 7/23/1974 and quirino velasquez dob 4/2/1962 were found dead at the street corner of hutchinson and porter streets in dade city (an unincorperated section of pasco county florida). Both velasquez and de la cruz were migrant workers working out of the dade city area. Both victims sustained heavy trauma due to homicidal violence.
