On tuesday, january 11, 1991, residents living off of evergreen road located human remains in their back yards. Henrico police responded and conducted a search of the area and located additional human remains. The human remains were transported to the medical examiner's office for analysis and identification. The victim was identified as cynthia annette gilliam-ford. The cause of death was determined to be from a gunshot wound.Agency
