The victim, jose hernandez-galaviz, was last seen by his family on sunday, march 25, 2007. On march 26th, 2007, at approximately 4 a.M., the victim was seen in the company of an unknown female, parked in the area of 33rd street and lawrence avenue. A short time later the victim and his vehicle were reported as “missing” to the denver police department. On march 31st, 2007, mr. Hernandez-galaviz was found dead inside of the car. He had been shot several times. Mr. Hernandez-galaviz was of mexican decent and did not speak english.Agency
