The richmond police department has identified the victim in this morning’s homicide as rolando maldonado-ortega, a male in his 40s. At approximately 12:06 a.M. Today, officers received a call for trouble unknown in the 1700 block of clarkson road. When officers arrived, they found rolando maldonado-ortega suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries where he later died.Agency
