On january 1, 2021, jessica ann mitchell was celebrating new year’s eve with friends at the 4th quarter sports bar located at 8779 wurzbach. Sometime after 2 a.M., jessica left the bar in her 2019 white dodge charger. She was traveling eastbound on ih-10, and had just passed the vance jackson exit when someone in a red vehicle shot at and hit the driver's side of her car. Jessica may have swerved into the red vehicle, which would have caused minor damage and paint transfer. Jessica was shot several times, and was transported to the hospital where she died around 3:21 a.M.Agency
