On december 19, 2019, evan lacey was reported missing by his family. On january 3, 2020, officers were dispatched to 7100 webb farrell road after a group of utility workers reported finding a body in a wooded area. The tarrant county medical examiner's office confirmed the body was that of mr. Lacey. It was later determined he died due to being shot.Agency
