Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in last night’s homicide on richmond highway as isaac rodriguez, 21 of richmond. At approximately 9:25 p.M., richmond police responded to the 4100 block of richmond highway for a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male, rodriguez, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.Agency
