Kendrick d. Anderson, b/m, 9/6/1989 on 9-4-2017 at 0011 hours officers responded to the area of 63rd and 71 highway in regard to a reported injury vehicular. At the scene officers observed the victim in the driver’s seat and appeared to be suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
