On december 19, 2015, at approximately 5:11 a.M., officers were summoned to 14100 e. 32nd avenue on a report of a body inside a vehicle. Fernando chavez-lara was located at the scene suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. It appeared that he had been there for some time and had been restrained with his hands tied behind his back. Mr. Chavez-lara had been reported as a missing person to the denver police department on november 7, 2015 under their case number 2015-652296. He had been missing since november 2, 2015.
