The victim was at a bus stop near the intersection of e. Colfax avenue and colorado blvd. When he had a verbal exchange with the occupants of a vehicle that was passing by. This vehicle then turned around, drove onto the sidewalk and struck the victim. The victim was pinned under the vehicle for several hundred feet and did not survive the injuries he sustained. The vehicle and suspect(s) responsible for the death of jeremiah thomas have yet to be identified.Agency
