Description: Dwi Refusal; A Deputy Was Called To A Vehicle In A Snowbank. He Arrived And Located A Female In The Driver Seat And A Male Outside The Vehicle. The Male Stated The Female Was Drunk. The Deputy Spoke To Her And Smelled Alcohol. She Began The Field Sobriety Tests But Just Quit Participating And Got Combative. Deputies Allowed Her To Call Her Attorney; She Did And They Just Fought. She Was Arrested.
