At approximately 8:50 pm, north precinct officers were dispatched to a person shot call in the 3100 block of 33rd place north.Officers arrived on the scene and then observed shell casings in the roadway. Officers learned the victim showed up to uab hospital suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. A person drove the victim to uab hospital via private vehicle. Uab hospital staff pronounced the victim deceased The preliminary investigation suggests the victim was in the 3100 block of 33rd place north when an unknown suspect(s) fired shots at him.Agency
