On thursday, august 5, 1982, mr. Robert spencer had parked his vehicle in the rear of his residence at 816 w. Hadley street. It was about 10:46 p,m., when a unknown suspect’s attempted to rob mr. Spencer. Neighbors heard shots fired and when they looked, mr. Spencer was found shot to death in the alley.Agency
