On the evening of december 16, 1993 stephen nieto was walking home when he and his friend were confronted by an unknown suspect. During the confrontation, the unknown suspect shot stephen nieto and then fled the location. Stephen nieto was transported and a local hospital, but unfortunately did not survive. He was pronounced shortly after midnight on december 17, 1993.Agency
