On june 9, 1997, at approximately 12:30 am, several gunshots were heard at the apartment complex at 12900 se division street. A resident of one of the apartments found ivan castineira, a 22 year-old hispanic man, deceased on the floor. It was reported that ivan castineira had dealt drugs out of one of the apartments at this address. Witnesses reported seeing three unidentified hispanic males fleeing from the area. Two were running while the third was visibly limping.Agency
