On October 29, 1999, At Approximately 2:50 P.M., 20-Year-old Jose Holguin Was Shot In The Head While Driving With Friends Just Outside Rio Grande High School. The Victim And The Driver Of A Second Vehicle Exchanged Words And Shots Were Fired From The Second Vehicle. The Second Vehicle Was Identified As A Dark Blue Honda Sedan With Tinted Windows And “5 Star” Chrome Rims. Jose Died Immediately As A Result Of The Gunshot Wound.Agency
