At approximately 4:00 pm on tuesday, october 13, 2009, officers assigned to the sixth district and dc fire and emergency medical services department personnel responded to the 5300 block of clay terrace, ne to investigate the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered five male victims ranging in age from 15–18 years of age suffering from gunshot wounds. Two of the victims died as a result of their injuries. They are 15-year-old davonta artis of the 300 block of 54th street, ne and 18-year-old daquan tibbs of the 200 block of 37th street, ne.Agency
