On february 25, 2001, the body of 32-year-old juan manuel cruz, aka "Mannie," was found around noon near the railroad tracks by us hwy 17/92 and smith road near haines city. He had been cut multiple times and robbed. He was last seen at approximately 1:45 a.M. Early that morning.
