The day the report was filed, detectives obtained surveillance video from a business located in the 3900 block of south buffalo drive. The video shows two men arriving in a black suv to the rear of the business, getting out the vehicle, and dumping a bag into one of the dumpsters. The bag contained some clothing and blood that belonged to terran olson-carlisle. Due to the suspicious circumstances related to the disappearance of terran olson-carlisle, the lvmpd homicide section has assumed the responsibility of this investigation.Agency
