On november 20th, 2023, at approximately 5:19 a.M., officers were dispatched to reports of a male down in the alley, just north of 210 w. Monroe st. When officers arrived, they located the victim, kevin lewis, lying face down in the alley, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Lewis was pronounced deceased by medical personnel at the scene.Agency
