On saturday, october 1, 1994, at approximately 6:15 a.M., a henrico police officer discovered an unknown male lying on the ground at the rear of a vehicle parked in the 5000 block of east richmond road. The victim, identified as ronnie glen baker, was declared deceased at the scene. The victim was transported to the medical examiner’s office. The cause of death was determined to be gunshot wounds.Agency
