On december 08, 1988, 64 year old cab driver loys flournoy was found along a roadway near mustang, nevada, east of reno, nevada. His empty taxi cab was found parked by the western village in sparks, nevada. The victim had picked up a fare at the circus-circus casino in reno and had been directed to the mustang ranch brothel east of reno prior to his murder.
