40 year old john bruns and his spouse spent the evening of february 17th, 1972 out. Towards the end of the night, the couple walked to their parked vehicle, which was nearby. Shortly after mr. Bruns entered his vehicle, he was confronted by an unknown suspect. It was at this point mr. Bruns was shot. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately died as a result of his injuries. To this date, the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of john bruns remain unknown.
