During the afternoon of october 17, 2006, officers responded to the 500 block of center drive, severna park, maryland for a deceased male. A witness discovered the body inside the residence and called 911. The victim was identified as fifty-two year old jay steven fayne and suffered trauma throughout his body. Mr. Fayne was known to loan people money that needed it as well as being a body builder that frequented several gyms in the area. Mr. Fayne suffered several injuries to his body with the manner being homicide.Agency
