Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in saturday’s homicide on concord avenue as allen frazier, a male in his fifties. At approximately 10:43 a.M. On saturday, december 12, officers responded to the 2300 block of concord avenue for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and located allen frazier unresponsive, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound on the steps of a residence. He was pronounced at the scene. The medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.Agency
