On april 23, 1979, the skeletonized remains of janie brown, age 41, were discovered off mira loma road, south of reno, nevada. The body was located in a ravine about 10 miles south of reno. The victim had been visiting from pittsburg, california, and was last seen on may 22, 1978, at the coffee shop inside the holiday casino in reno. Due to the state of her remains, no cause of death could be determined.Agency
