Hours, lvmpd dispatch received a 911 call from witnesses stating a vehicle had driven up on the sidewalk and crashed on bonanza road near clarkway road. Witnesses further stated the driver appeared to be unresponsive. Upon arrival, patrol officers observed the driver suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.Agency
