On march 4, 2020, at approximately 0622 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of 234 manchester drive in reference to a death investigation. Brown was pronounced deceased by medics at 0633 hours due to a gunshot wound to the chest. It was learned a shots fired complaint was received earlier that same morning in the area around 0230 hours. It is thought the shooting actually occurred around this time.Agency
