On october 19, 2008, at around 11:23 p.M., chesapeake police responded to the 2400 block of strawberry ln about a shooting. When police arrived on the scene, they located an adult male, later identified as 49-year-old reginald leon webb, suffering from a gunshot wound. Mr. Webb was immediately transported to a local hospital for further medical treatment but succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. During the initial investigation, police determined that mr. Webb had run from his residence in the 1600 block of atlantic ave to the 2400 block of strawberry ln where he was located. When police responded to mr. Webb's residence after he had been transported to the hospital, they found signs that the house had been burglarized."
