On april 21, 2017, at approximately 1126 hours, officers received a call for service for a man down in the area of 420 catalpa ave. Officers located gwynn deceased in the area of 420 catalpa ave. After some research, officers learned that on april 20, 2017, officers received a call for shots fired in the area of 416 catalpa avenue. At that time, officers were unable to locate a victim. A witness for the april 20, 2017 call for service advised after they heard the shots, they observed a male in a grey and black hoodie walking towards shell road.
