Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in tuesday’s homicide on halifax avenue as dajuan bolden, 28, of richmond. Tuesday at approximately 3:21 p.M., officers were called to the 2200 block of halifax avenue for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found bolden suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital with an injury that was considered life threatening. He succumbed to his injury at the hospital. A second adult male who had suffered an apparent gunshot wound while in the 2200 block of halifax avenue was transported to a local hospital by private vehicle. His injury was not considered life threatening. The investigation continues.
