On friday, april 19,1985, at 10:30 p.M., the victim and two friends were walking in the 600 block of n 29th street after leaving the local bar. The victim was involved in a fight after leaving the bar and was yelling at passing cars as they drove by.One vehicle stopped and the occupant/suspect got out and both he and the victim started fighting. During this fight a second occupant in the vehicle got out, fired shots towards the victim, striking him causing death.Agency
